I’m a graduate!

The tassel was worth the hassle!

It’s finally come to the end of my three years at the University of Birmingham and my graduation ceremony on Friday was an amazing way to celebrate. I am so fortunate that my coursemates and I are really close as a year group and so to graduate with all of them was a dream come true.

I will miss my closest friends in the picture above so so much but I think (and hope) we’ll all stay in touch.

To anyone thinking about going to the University of Birmingham, I could not encourage you more. Although I’ve taken up almost every opportunity they’ve thrown at me, it’s amazing that some of the opportunities I have had were even available to me in the first place.

Not only is it such a beautiful campus (just look at it!) but it has the benefit of being so close to an amazing multicultural city and one that I have loved living in for the past three years. Although I’m moving on to do my PGCE, UoB will always have a special place in my heart and I’m feeling all nostalgic writing this post, it’s too emotional.

Thank you UoB for the best three years of my life so far and a first class degree!
